Malossi Engine Valves

A new line of 4-stroke valves was born to complete the whole range of the most spread vehicles in the word. It is a high quality production, designed for both racing and sport use. These valves are manufactured with the best quality materials and with the most advanced manufacturing processes.
As for all Malossi products, these valves are produced only after the strictest tests and all the items have been checking at one hundred percent according to ISO 9001 rules.

Intake Valves:

1. Completely re-profiled, to reach the best performances at all r.p.m.
2. Made in special heat-treated steel.
3. Valve shank with hard chrome coating against wearing.
4. Oversized diameter of valve head.
5. Extremely-limited size and shape tolerance.
6. Totally refaced valves.

Exhaust Valves:

2. Made in special stainless and no-magnetic steel.
3. Valve shank with hard chrome coating against wearing.

5. Extremely-limited size and shape tolerance.
6. Stellite coating on both the seat and head of the valve.
7. Totally refaced valves.
