** Unfortunately with the realities of COVID-19, our warehouse policies are subject to unforeseen changes over night. While we are currently operating with reduced in-house staff, we will do everything possible to get your order out ASAP.
We offer Canada-wide flat rate shipping on general merchandise ($14.99) and bulky items like plow systems ($99). Additionally, we offer FREE shipping on most orders over $99 within mainland Canada (Except on ATVs, UTVs, Plows or other bulky items). Additional costs may be incurred to Canadian Territories or the USA (Or any areas considered "Out-Of-Zone" by our couriers which we will endeavor to inform you of as soon as additional costs become available). All parcels shipped from our affiliated mainland warehouses will vary in couriers (FedEX, Purolator, Dicom, Loomis, Canada Post and UPS) We do not select courier on a request basis. While it is rare we ship from our Mount Pearl Newfoundland showroom, any packages shipped from such are mailed VIA Canada Post (For American orders, this will be transferred to USPS and tracking information will be re-routed to them at customs).
International orders will be calculated upon checkout. Some orders will be subject to surcharges calculated after checkout. We will contact you before processing these charges. Please note not all of our products can ship cross-boarder and Driven Powersports reserves the right to cancel these orders. We will endeavor to contact you as soon as possible should this situation arise, and a full refund will be made to your initial method of payment within 48 hours.
While we cannot guarantee shipping times, we will do everything in our power to get your package to you promptly! Soft goods like clothing and helmets generally ship quite quickly. Please note there could be additional wait times for items like ATV Tires, Plows as well as Batteries. Please note that while you may have not received tracking yet, it does not mean your package has not shipped. As a matter of fact, this can often be the case. With the large amount of product that heads out every day, it can sometime take time for the couriers tracking portals to release the many tracking numbers to us. We will send tracking notification as soon as it becomes available to us. In some instances (of close proximity to shipping centers), customers may receive package before a tracking number has even been processed. If you have any questions or concerns, contact us and we will gladly look into it for you!
Should a package go missing or not be delivered, please follow the respective protocols of the courier in question. We can not offer refunds on missing items until all relevant claims have been pursued and finalized with the respective courier claims department, both on our end and with the customer. While rare, it will require patience for all relevant parties to complete investigations.
We reserve the right to cancel your order, and the sale and supply of goods and services are always subject to availability of stock. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods or services which you have ordered due to circumstances beyond our control (i.e. errors in cataloging or inventory), we will endeavor to inform you of this as soon as possible and our contract with you will, insofar as it relates to goods or services which we are unable to supply, be treated as cancelled. Any payment which you have made will be refunded to you in full. If your order is cancelled by us, we will refund to you any monies paid within 24 hours of notice of cancellation being given.
Due to unforeseen circumstances and delays caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, aspects of delivery time may be, at any time, affected, as it relates to shipping, courier delivery, restocking and beyond. While we pride ourselves on quick and pain-free shipping, circumstances of this pandemic may cause delays in the shipping and returns process.
Please note, Driven Powersports Inc does not retain ANY customer information, be it personal or payment. We do not, nor would we possess the ability to make additional payments to your account outside of those authorized personally by the customer.
