Installs piston rings from 35mm to 111mm (1-3/8” to 4-3/8”). Pliers can be used parallel or perpendicular to the cylinder block. Pliers are designed for use at “all angles”. Ratcheting function handle holds the compressing rings in position for an easy installation of piston rings.
