DEI Heat Shielding

Design Engineering Inc, sold as DEI, makes thermal management products for powersports, including exhaust wrap, reflective shielding and cooling additives. It is the kit you reach for when a bike or sled is cooking your legs or heat-soaking the airbox.

The range covers Onyx and Titanium exhaust wrap, flexible heat shields, reflect-a-cool sheeting and Radiator Relief coolant additive. Wrapping headers keeps under-seat and leg heat down and holds exhaust gas velocity up. Wear gloves when you fit wrap, and soak it first, dry wrap is unpleasant to handle and does not conform as tightly.
