Forged from a single blank, grain flow is improved to enhance the mechanical characteristics of the valve without having to resort to welding

Crafted from titanium alloy
Compatible with OEM components
Induction hardened valve stem tip
Precision machined valve head and seat surfaces
Special PVD, CVD processes leave a (Chromium Nitride Coating) CrN coating that provides high micro-hardness and low friction surfaces for reduced heat generation and carbon build-up
The titanium is coated to an ultra-smooth surface while reaching hardness levels 5x that of high speed steel
The goal is to provide a valve that will endure the harshest racing conditions
