Same-to-Next Day Processing: We strive to get most orders out the door within 24 hours.

Mainland Advantage: To avoid ferry delays and extra wait times, we ship non-Newfoundland orders directly from our affiliated mainland warehouses.

Tracking Updates: High volumes can sometimes delay tracking numbers from syncing with courier portals. It is common for a package to be well on its way before a tracking number is generated. In some cases, you may even receive your gear before the email arrives!
Shipping Rates

Standard Flat Rate: $19.99 on general merchandise.

Bulky Items: $99.00 for plow systems and heavy equipment.

FREE Shipping: Available on most orders over $150.00 within mainland Canada.

Exclusions: ATVs, UTVs, Plows, Tires, and "Out-of-Zone" remote areas.

Delivery Expectations
While we ship quickly, we cannot guarantee courier delivery dates. * Soft Goods: Clothing and helmets typically move the fastest.

Hard Goods: Items like tires, plows, and batteries may require additional handling time.

Couriers: We use FedEx, Purolator, Dicom, Loomis, Canada Post, and UPS. To maintain efficiency, we select the best courier for the route and cannot take specific courier requests.
Missing or Stolen Packages
In the rare event a package goes missing, we must follow the specific protocols and investigation timelines of the courier involved.

Claims: Refunds cannot be issued until the courier’s investigation is finalized.

Security: DRIVEN is not responsible for "porch pirates" or stolen items once a courier has confirmed delivery to your address.
Inventory & Cancellations
All orders are subject to stock availability. If a cataloging error or inventory shortage occurs, we will notify you immediately. Any cancelled orders will be refunded in full within 24 hours of notification.
