What size USWE hydration pack should I get for dirt bike riding? For a short moto or a track day, a 1 to 3 litre pack is plenty. For all-day trail and enduro rides where you also carry tools and a tube, step up to the 8 to 12 litre range.

Does the USWE harness fit over a chest protector? Yes. The four-point harness is adjustable and is designed to sit over body armour, which is exactly why enduro riders use it. Loosen the straps before fitting, then snug it down over the gear.
