Revolt Voltage Regulators

Revolt makes voltage regulator rectifiers, the part that turns what the stator produces into something a battery can live with.

A failing regulator either cooks a battery or starves it, and both get blamed on the battery first. If you are replacing one, check the stator at the same time, because one usually takes the other with it. Send us your machine and we will confirm the unit and plug.

Frequently asked questions

What are the signs of a failing regulator rectifier? Either an overcharged, boiling battery or one that never charges, plus lights that brighten and dim with revs. Test voltage at the battery with the engine running to confirm.

Should I replace the stator at the same time? Check it. A failed regulator and a failed stator frequently go together, and replacing one without testing the other is the most common repeat repair.

Do you offer free shipping in Canada? Yes, on orders over $279.99.
