EK has been manufacturing drive chain in Japan since 1934 and supplies both OEM and aftermarket chain for street, off-road and racing machines.
The range covers heavy duty non-sealed chain, DEX and QX sealed chain and premium X-ring chain in 420, 428, 520, 525 and 530 pitch, in lengths from 110 to 136 links. Match your chain pitch to your sprockets, and replace chain and sprockets together, a new chain on worn sprockets will hook the teeth in a season.
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between O-ring and X-ring chain? X-ring seals have more contact points, so they hold grease longer and drag less. Both outlast non-sealed chain on a street bike or a dirt bike.
How many links of chain do I need? Count the links on your current chain or check the service manual. EK supplies 110 to 136 link lengths, and chain can be shortened but never lengthened, so err long.
