Demon Powersports

Demon Powersports builds drivetrain and suspension parts for ATVs and UTVs, with a deep catalogue of CV joint boot kits, complete axles and suspension lift kits.

Fitments cover Polaris, Can-Am, Arctic Cat, Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki and John Deere Gator machines. The CV boot kits are sold per joint position so you can replace the torn boot rather than the whole axle. If you ride mud, check your boots at the end of every season, a split boot that is caught early is a twenty minute job instead of a new axle.

Frequently asked questions

Can I replace just the CV boot instead of the whole axle? Yes. Demon sells boot kits by joint position, so a torn boot caught early costs a boot kit rather than a complete quad axle.

Which machines do Demon axles fit? Polaris, Can-Am, Arctic Cat, Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki and John Deere Gator fitments are covered. Check your model and year against the listing before you order.

Do you offer free shipping in Canada? Yes, on orders over $279.99.
