Custom Cycle Engineering Fork Tubes & Triple Trees

Custom Cycle Engineering manufactures extended fork tubes and billet triple trees for Harley-Davidson motorcycles and custom builds. Fork tubes start with specially milled DOM steel that is centerless ground to OEM outside diameters, machined to exact specs, buffed to a mirror finish and chrome plated, with coverage for Harley fork models back to 1949.

The company began building custom triple trees in the late 1960s and developed some of the first narrow-glide and wide-glide billet steel trees on the custom market. With more than thirty years of fork-tube manufacturing behind it, Custom Cycle Engineering offers trees for 49mm, 41mm, 39mm and 35mm applications, and builders choose the brand for precision-made, made-to-spec front-end components.
