Vertex Pistons

Vertex is an engine rebuild specialist, making forged and cast pistons, piston kits, top end gasket sets and oil seal kits for dirt bikes, ATVs, snowmobiles and personal watercraft. If you are freshening a top end, Vertex is the name that turns up on the parts list.

The catalogue runs deep on fitments, which is exactly what a rebuild needs. Bore sizes, ring sets, wrist pins and clips are all matched to the engine rather than sold as a one-size box. Not sure whether your cylinder needs a standard bore or the next oversize, send us your engine and measurement and we will match the kit before you order.

Frequently asked questions

How do I know which Vertex piston size I need? Measure the cylinder bore first. Vertex pistons are sold in standard and oversize dimensions, so the bore measurement decides the kit, not the model year alone. Send us the measurement and we will match it.

Does a Vertex top end kit include the gaskets? Piston kits and gasket sets are listed separately in most cases, so check the kit contents on the listing. If you are doing a full top end, order both together and we will confirm nothing is missing.

Do you offer free shipping in Canada? Yes, on orders over $279.99.
