RSI Racing

RSI builds the cockpit: chromoly and aluminum snowmobile handlebars in a range of bends and rises, plus risers, bar pads and the mounting hardware that goes with a bar swap.

Bar choice is the cheapest ergonomic fix on a sled. The right rise and sweep puts your weight where it belongs when you are standing all day, and the wrong one makes a good sled feel awkward. Tell us your sled and how you ride and we will help pick the bend.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between RSI chromoly and aluminum bars? Chromoly is stronger and takes a hit better, aluminum is lighter. Riders who ride hard in the trees usually take the chromoly, riders chasing weight take the aluminum.

How do I pick the right bar bend and rise? It depends on your height and whether you ride mostly seated or standing. Tell us both and we will point you at a bend that keeps your wrists straight when you are up on the running boards.

Do you offer free shipping in Canada? Yes, on orders over $279.99.
