At DRIVEN, we know you want your gear fast. While we pride ourselves on lightning-fast processing, please review our policy to understand how your order moves from our warehouse to your door.

Processing & Handling

  • Speed: We offer Same-to-Next Day processing on most in-stock products.

  • The Mainland Advantage: For customers outside of Newfoundland, we ship directly from our affiliated mainland warehouses. This bypasses the ferries and Newfoundland-specific transit times, getting your gear moving immediately.

  • Tracking Info: We ship a high volume of gear daily. It is common for a package to be in transit before the courier’s system releases the tracking number. We will send your notification as soon as it becomes available—often, customers in close proximity receive their package before the tracking email even hits their inbox!

Shipping Rates

  • Flat Rate: $19.99 for general merchandise.

  • Bulky Items: $99.00 for plow systems.

  • FREE Shipping: Available on most orders over $279.99 within mainland Canada.

    • Exclusions: ATVs, UTVs, Plows, and bulky items like tires.

  • Out-of-Zone: Additional costs may apply for the Canadian Territories, the USA, or remote areas. We will notify you immediately if additional costs are required by the courier.

Delivery Expectations

While we ship promptly, we cannot guarantee specific courier delivery dates.

  • Timing: Soft goods like clothing and helmets generally move the fastest. Hard goods, tires, plows, and batteries may require additional handling time.

  • Couriers: We partner with FedEx, Purolator, Dicom, Loomis, Canada Post, and UPS. To ensure efficiency, we select the courier based on the best route and cannot take specific requests.

Missing or Stolen Packages

In the rare event a package is delayed or missing, we follow the strict protocols of the courier.

  • Claims: Refunds cannot be issued until the courier’s investigation is finalized. This process requires patience from all parties while the courier completes their internal search.

  • Security: DRIVEN is not responsible for "porch pirates" or stolen items once a courier has confirmed the order as delivered.

Availability & Cancellations

All orders are subject to stock availability. If an inventory error occurs, we will inform you immediately and refund your payment in full within 24 hours.

Your Privacy

Driven Powersports Inc. does not retain any personal payment information. We do not have the ability to make additional charges to your account outside of the original transaction authorized by you.
