Dayco Drive Belts

Dayco manufactures CVT and drive belts for powersports machines, with its POWER belt line covering snowmobiles, ATVs and side-by-sides. The range includes models such as the XTX, HPX, HP and snowcross-focused RPX, each tuned to a different blend of engine size, horsepower, modification level and riding style for application-specific performance.

Developed by Dayco's powersports engineers and built with strong aramid cords and purpose-designed cog profiles, the belts are made for flexibility, cooler running and long life under load. Riders choose Dayco for proven belt technology that holds up in everything from trail riding to high-horsepower and racing use.

Frequently asked questions

Which Dayco snowmobile drive belt should I run, XTX or HPX? XTX suits high-horsepower and modified sleds, while HPX and HP cover stock to lightly modified trail machines. Send your sled and setup and we will match it.

How long does a snowmobile drive belt last? A well-matched belt on a stock sled often lasts a season or more, but hard launches, deep snow and a mismatched clutch setup will shorten it. Carry a spare under the hood.

Do you offer free shipping in Canada? Yes, on orders over $279.99.
