Ultimate Getaway Contest Contest Rules and Regulations

DRIVEN Powersports Inc. (DRIVEN)

  1. Eligibility
    Open to residents of Canada aged 19 and above. Excludes employees of DRIVEN Powersports Inc., affiliates, partners, and their immediate family members. Participants must have a valid form of identification, such as a provincial driver’s license.

  2. Entry Method
    No purchase necessary. Participants can enter the contest by joining the email newsletter (marketing list) of DRIVEN and agreeing to receive notifications from DRIVEN. Participants must complete a transaction at Drivenpowersports.ca during the contest period.

Entry allocation:

  • Sign Up = 1 Entry
  • Purchase = 5 Entries
  • CKX Purchase = +10 Entries
  • Social Follow = +5 Entries
  • Social Share = +5 Entries
  • Watch the Video = +5 Entries
  • Submit Ultimate Getaway Contest Photo or Video = +10 Entries

Each qualifying transaction counts as one (1) entry; multiple entries are allowed.
Bonus entries will occur from time to time, with opportunities for participants to receive additional entries for specific actions.

  1. Contest Period
  • Start Date: Oct 15th, 5:00 PM NST
  • End Date: Dec 15th, 11:59 PM NST

Entries submitted after the contest period will be disqualified.

  1. Prizes
  • Recognition as the “Ultimate Winter Getaway” Contest winner
  • Head-to-toe CKX winter gear for the winner, with an approximate value of $2,500.
  • Airfare for the winner and their buddy (if applicable) to fly to Deer Lake, NL.
  • Three nights' accommodations at The Chalet at Cormack.
  • Two guided snowmobile ride days.
  • Additional perks, including snowmobile rentals.

  1. Winner Selection
    Winners will be chosen randomly from all eligible entries. The drawing will occur on December 20th, 2024, at 3:00 PM (NST), and winners will be notified by email and/or telephone.

  2. Claiming Prizes
    Prior to claiming the prize, the primary winner must answer a skill-testing question. Prizes must be claimed within two (2) days of notification.

  3. Publicity Release
    By entering, participants grant DRIVEN Powersports Inc. the right to use their name, image, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

  4. Limitations of Liability
    Participants acknowledge that DRIVEN Powersports Inc. shall not be liable for any injuries, losses, or damages resulting from participation or prize usage.

  5. Indemnification
    By entering, participants agree to indemnify and hold DRIVEN Powersports Inc. harmless from any claims or liabilities.

  6. Force Majeure
    DRIVEN Powersports Inc. shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond its control.

  7. Governing Law
    The contest is governed by the laws of Newfoundland and Labrador.
