Main structure of 38mm/1.5mm thick carbon steel tube. The lower clip hardware is made of 3mm cold roll steel, and 4mm for the upper bracket. Punched with holes to reduce weight and enable higher quality yellow zinc plating. Four ends of the main frame are covered by rubber and the whole product is black powder coated.
