Return and Exchange Policy


1. Can I return something I bought from Driven Powersports?

Yes with a few exceptions. We know that sometimes you buy something that is not suitable. We have a  return policy that is helpful for you. Our return policy is the same for both online and in store purchases with just a few minor differences:

 Online purchases: the return time frame begins on the date of your order’s arrival

 In-store purchases: the return time frame begins on the purchase date. Make sure to bring along your proof of purchase.

Most items you from Driven Powersports can be returned within 14 days with the exception:

  • ATVs, Side by Sides and Dirtbikes are Non-Refundable
  • Clearance items are Non-Refundable
  • Final Sale items with 25% or more off are Non-Refundable
  • Used or Installed Parts are Non-Refundable
  • Worn clothing is Non-Refundable
    • Clothing – please try on your apparel inside, do not remove any tags or stickers until you are satisfied that the clothing is good for you.  Clothing must be new with all tags attached and in original packaging.

2. How do I return something I bought online?

You have two ways to return an online purchase:

  • Return purchase to Driven Powersports at 41A Sagona Avenue, Mount Pearl; or
  • Return online purchase by mail

Returning by mail

If you choose to return your purchase by mail, it is your responsibility to cover the shipping cost.

Before you mail your item, remember to contact our customer service at 709-745-4232 to receive a RA # (return authorization number). An item can not be returned without a RA#. Place your RA# on the outside of the box and on your receipt inside the box.

Please use a new box to return your item. This will ensure the product and original packaging is returned in new condition. Include all original tags, paperwork and the original packaging.

We recommend that all packages be sent via a tracking number. We are not responsible for packages not received. Postage is required. We do not accept C.O.D.

Upon receipt, allow  7 -10 business days for processing.  Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment as the original purchase.
