At Driven Powersports we fully appreciate the growing concerns surrounding the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) and, as one of your local and trusted Powersports suppliers, we want to assure you that our customers, employees and their families are of the utmost importance to us.
Like many of you, we have been closely monitoring the ever-evolving global impact of this virus. We are committed to doing our part to keep the safety of our customers, staff, and community at large as a top priority during these troubling times. As such, we are taking steps to ensure everyone’s safety while maintaining our high level of service to you, to the best of our ability.
Here is what we are doing:
- At the recommendation of Provincial Health Officials, we have resumed semi-normal operations. Our showroom hours are Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM.
- While we are accepting returns, we implore customers to use discretion in ordering, in terms of size and what they want, to minimize the amount of returns. Returns are currently running slower than normal due to changes in our supply lines. Policies regarding terms and exchanges will be subject to change with no notice. - We have implemented a regimented sanitation process in our showroom to ensure that all parts and products are as clean as is in our power to make them. We have implemented a 6-person-at-a-time In-Store capacity. We ask our customers limit the amount of things they handle in store to only those things they intend to purchase. This is for the safety of you, our staff and other customers.
- We will continue to offer same-day shipping, to your door. We encourage you to visit www.drivenpowersports.ca and contact us there. We will continue to do all parts look-ups for you and give you quotes over email. You will still have access to all aftermarket parts on all big brands and youth quads we offer, including brakes, spark plugs, ball joints, drive shafts and beyond!
